Our services are avaiable to everyone teaching in College of Natural Sciences classrooms.
Services
- Classroom Help Desk - immediate response to problems in classrooms
- One-on-One training - on operating standardized A/V technology
- Limited Support for Video Conferencing- for applicable conference rooms and buildings
- Limited Event Support
- Scheduling Mediasite recordings - for faculty in applicable classrooms
- Classroom maintenance - testing, repairing, upgrading technology
- Equipment access - keys to consoles and access to projection booths

Do you like getting up really early?
We need responsible, reliable students on our team to visit classrooms each morning and make sure the rooms are in perfect condition before the first class begins and to help UT faculty by supporting their classroom needs at the Help Desk. The pay is great, there are oppurtunities to study and your workday can be over by 8:30 am.
