List of Facilities Services & Online Requests
If you are unsure who to contact for a particular service go to WORQS (UT EID required). WORQS is your one-stop shop for requesting and tracking facilities-related work. Whether you need to submit a maintenance request for service, request an installation or renovation, or plan an event, this is your resource.
GENERAL HELP REQUESTS: Building-related emergency or problem (broken water pipe, paper towels refills, pest control, light bulb replacements, etc) Call 471-2020.

Before heading over to the Key Service Building make sure to have the Key Request Form (KC-1) filled in and signed by your supervisor, along with your UT ID.

Services are available for proper lab coat cleaning. NEVER take the lab coat home to be cleaned in a domestic washer, nor to a laundry service that is not equipped to handle contaminated items.
Printing Services
Call 512-471-1615 or email your request to utcopy@austin.utexas.edu. The service can be used for printing posters, UT business cards, personalized commencement invitations and programs and much more.
