Natural Sciences employees have access to a wealth of classes, workshops and certificates to enhance job performance, work/life balance, and management skills.  Through UT Learn, employees may attend live classes or complete online modules, free of cost, in areas such as administration & human resources, communication & interpersonal, compliance and policies, health and safety, management, and technical skills.

In the College of Natural Sciences specifically, new employees may also benefit from support, such as the CNS Buddy Program.

Career Smart training partners include the Professional Development Center (PDC), LBJ Office of Professional Development, McCombs Executive Education, and Center for Lifelong Engineering Education who also offer classes, workshops and certificates for a fee.
