CNS Human Resources

The College of Natural Sciences Human Resources (CNS HR) provides administrative support to the Dean's Office staff as well as human resources knowledge and guidance to all CNS academic departments and research centers. We are committed to providing strategic solutions for management through:

  • Consultation and assistance with employee relations and performance management to foster a premier work environment

  • Serve as a liaison between the College of Natural Sciences and The University of Texas at Austin central administrative offices

  • Monitor compliance within the College to ensure understanding of UT policies, procedures, and systems

  • Review and coordinate business processes requiring the Dean's approval

  • Create and implement policies, procedures, and programs that support CNS employees' job enrichment and organizational effectiveness
