Recognizing Outstanding Students

Recognizing Outstanding Students

Dear Students,

Each spring, the College of Natural Sciences recognizes some of our outstanding students with special awards, and we need your help to identify these students and amplify all of the incredible work that is happening in our college. Mark the nomination deadline date on your calendar now (Friday, March 11, at 5 p.m.) so you don't miss this chance to share wonderful things about your peers or yourself! CNS Distinctions are awarded across four dimensions to graduating students:

  • Research
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Service and Leadership
  • Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

CNS Second-Year Excellence Awards identify promising second-year CNS students and ensure continued connections with college opportunities and resources. The nomination process for all of these awards is intended to be brief and shouldn't take more than a few minutes of your time. Nominations are open to all students, faculty and staff (students can even self-nominate). Help us to recognize deserving students this spring!

Thanks so much,

Dr. Drew
