Sneak Peak: Inside the NHB


The Norm Hackerman Building is ready for move in, and we're giving you a sneak peak inside this new world class science building. The NHB will officially open this coming spring. Designed by CO Architects, the NHB boasts has seven state-of-the-art organic chemistry teaching labs for students taking organic chemistry, new administrative space of the School of Biological Sciences and the Center for Learning and Memory, outdoor terraces, indoor meeting spaces, solar hot water arrays, the Imaging Research Center with advanced NMR and electron microscopes, and floors and floors of research labs.

Wwonderful building, with a large amount of study space, immense grandeur, and bears a close resemblance to the old Experimental Science Building, which I too liked a lot. But what is going to go on floors 4 & 6, and when will floors 4 & 6 be completed? Anyway, very nice building!
