For some of you, graduation is right around the corner, while for others of you, it may seem further away. Wherever you are in your four-year plan, it's a great time to commit to your graduation date. I wanted to be sure that you all know about Senior Countdown. It is a program that provides an opportunity for you to earn rewards and gain access to exclusive events during your senior year. Senior Countdown participants in each graduating class will receive benefits to make their senior year a special one at UT. For example, Class of '16 Senior Countdown participants are enjoying priority access to the Graduation Help Desk, a Career Search Bootcamp, an Alumni Networking Series, and even a graduation gift.
If you are Class of '16, congratulations! And take advantage NOW so you don't miss your Senior Countdown benefits. If you are Class of '17, '18, or '19, it's never too early to confirm and commit to your graduation date.
How do you join Senior Countdown? If you haven't planned out your remaining time at UT, now is the time. Take your plan to your next meeting with your academic advisor. If you both agree that you are on track for graduation, your academic advisor can note it in your record, and you will be on the Senior Countdown list for your graduating class. It's that easy. So talk with your advisor and join the Countdown!
