Last Week of Class

Last Week of Class

Dear Students,

Here it is: the last week of class. For many of you, this is the end of your first year at UT. For others, these are the last few classes of your college career. Even at the end of the semester, for most of you, large portions of your grades are yet to be determined. Exams, papers, projects and reports remain. And then there are finals! So don't let up now. Finish off the year strong.

Also, we are always looking for feedback. I know you get a lot of surveys, but the following are truly important.

First, for those of you who are graduating: The annual Graduation Survey will be distributed this week on Thursday, May 5 and it is vital that everyone graduating this semester complete it! Why fill out the survey? To make CNS an even better college for future students? Sure, but how about a little personal reward? Reward yourself with Cornucopia Popcorn treats by showing Career Services staff the email you received upon completing the survey. They will be handing out popcorn to students who have completed the survey in Welch on Monday, May 9 from 1-5pm and again on Tuesday, May 10 from 11am-3pm. Keep an eye out for the email with survey instructions coming soon!

Second, for everyone: Please fill out any electronic Course Instructor Surveys (eCIS) for your courses. We'd like to hear from everyone. Your feedback is important, and no one but you can tell us what you think. Take any eCISs you have here.

Thanks for your help in these efforts. Keep up the hard work and finish the semester strong.

Best,

Dr. Vanden Bout
