Last Week of Class

Last Week of Class

Dear students,

Here it is: the last week of class. For many of you, this is the end of your first year at UT.  For others, these are the last few classes of your college career.

Regardless of where you are in your education, I urge you to finish the semester strong.  It is easy to start to fade, but now is the time to make the most of your classes.  Even at the end of the semester, for most of you large portions of your grades are yet to be determined.  Exams, papers, projects, and reports remain.  And then there are finals!  So don’t let up now.  Finish off the year strong.

Before you all move into final exam mode, I would ask that you all provide some feedback on the climate of the college as well as your classes. Here’s the link to our student climate survey (with the actual link this time):

And while it will take a moment of your time, please fill out any electronic Course Instructor Survey (CIS) for your courses. We’d like to hear from everyone. Your feedback is important, and no one but you can tell us what you think.

Thanks for your help in these efforts.  Keep up the hard work and finish the semester strong.

Best,
Dr. Vanden Bout
