Discussion with Astronomers at Hubble 3D IMAX Movie
Hubble imageEvent: Astronomers will host discussion at the Hubble 3D IMAX movie at the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum

When: April 24, noon - 2 p.m.

Where: Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum

Background: The Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum and the University of Texas atAustin McDonald Observatory are hosting a screening of "Hubble 3D" in the IMAX Theatre. After the film, join University of Texas at Austin astronomers G. Fritz Benedict, Karl Gebhardt and Shardha Jogee in a panel discussion about the Hubble Space Telescope. They will speak about their own projects that would not have been possible without Hubble, give their opinions on Hubble's future and take your questions.

The panel discussion is free with your film ticket, but you must reserve a seat by phone prior to event. Call the museum's IMAX box office at (512) 936-4649 to purchase your ticket and reserve a seat to attend the panel.
