Chemistry Kitchen Explodes on the Foodie Scene

Chemistry Kitchen Explodes on the Foodie Scene

Watch this audio slideshow of the Chemistry Kitchen, where hilarity, and edibility, ensued.

On December 8, interim dean and chemist David Laude joined chef Josh Watkins at the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center for their annual Chemistry Kitchen. Hilarity, and edibility, ensued. The chef and his team whipped up smoking cocktails, salmon with a cryo-poached meringue, pork belly and two desserts to die for. Laude showed the audience how many calories are in a corn chip, cooked sausages over a multi-hued flame, created a thunderstorm, and made pickles sparkle with light.
