Physical exercise is a critical part of wellness and provides numerous befits to both physical and mental health. Join the College of Natural Sciences during the month of April to track your steps and earn prizes. Students who complete at least 200,000 steps between April 1st and April 30th will be eligible to select a CNS branded item of their choice. Registered participants will be provided detailed instructions on how to participate shortly.
