The College of Natural Sciences is hosting the following events as a virtual welcome for our incoming students. You will have an opportunity to meet CNS Deans, staff and other CNS students, learn about some of the many services available to you in the College, and have an opportunity to win a Texas Science swag bag. Tuesday, 8/25/20

3:00 pm Meet and Greet with CNS Career Service, the Health Professions Office and TIDES (Texas Institute for Discovery Education in Science)

4:00 pm The Power of Pets: An Opportunity to Meet the Pets of CNS and Learn About Wellness Resources on Campus.

Pets can help with wellbeing, and in that spirit during this session students will have the chance to introduce and share their pets. In addition, wellness resources on campus will be discussed with an opportunity to ask questions. This event is also open to those who do not have pets but enjoy interacting with animals.

Dr. Paul Goldbart, Dean, Dr. David Vanden Bout, Senior Associate Dean for Undergraduate Education, and Anneke Chy, Assistant Dean for Advising and Student Support will host a webinar to welcome you and answer your questions and concerns about starting the the fall semester at UT Austin.
