NSF Graduate Research Fellowship (NSF-GRFP) Application Workshop
Tuesday, September 13, 2016, 01:00pm - 03:00pm

The National Science Foundation Graduate Fellowship is a 3-year fellowship program open to first and second-year graduate students who are U.S. citizens, nationals, or permanent residents.

Dr. Jennifer Lyon Gardner, UT-Austin Assistant Vice President for Research, will lead a NSF-GRFP Application Workshop on Tuesday, September 13 from 1:00-3:00pm in UNB 3.304 (Texas Union Quadrangle Room). During the first hour of the workshop, Dr. Lyon Gardner will walk you through the application process and will give tips for writing strong essays. This will be followed by a panel discussion with recent fellowship recipients (current UT-Austin NSF-GRFP fellows), who will share their experience and answer questions about applying for this award.

Location: UNB 3.304
