As part of the courses, students explore local sites such as the Estación Biológica de Doñana, the Seville Cathedral, the Real Alcázar, and the magnificent Roman ruins known as Itálica. Day-long field trips may include a hike through the Parque Natural Sierra Grazalema, a restricted natural area, a visit to Puerto de Santa María, and a tour of Cádiz, the oldest continuously inhabited city in the Iberian Peninsula.
