I teach the Introduction to Early Childhood Intervention course. I hold a master's degree in Early Childhood Special Education from the University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Stephen F. Austin State University. I worked for the ECI State Office for 13 years. Before I worked for the State Office, I was a certified teacher/EIS for a local ECI program in Austin (Any Baby Can).  I now work as a Policy and Training Specialist for the Inspector General's office. I have lived in Austin for over 20 years. I am married and have a son who is in 10th grade and swims on the Longhorn Aquatics swim team.
